18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-55 years old, male or female; 2. junior high school and above; 3. Compliance with DSM-IV diagnostic criteria for depression 4. Hamilton Depression Scale 24 (HAMD24) score =8 points; 5. has not yet received psychiatric treatment or has received irregular drug treatment and has been discontinued for 8 weeks; 6. have sufficient visual and auditory levels to complete the necessary checks; 7. willing to participate in this study, signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Compliance with other axis I diagnosis of DSM-IV in depression 2. severe symptoms of depression (HAMD24 total score more than 35 points) or with presence of psychotic symptoms, negative self-injury, suicide risk; 3. those who are suffering from serious physical illness or central nervous system diseases, drug abusers; 4. pregnant or recently prepared for pregnant women, and lactating women; 5. previously received mindfulness-based cognitive treatment and had no significant effect.
