Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Poor responders younger than 43 years old (defined by the Bologna criteria); 2. Patients agree to sign the consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital uterine malformation; 2. Uncovered endometrium diseases; 3. Bilateral hydrosalpinx; 4. Severe diseases including diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid diseases, etc.
