Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female who have sexual life history, aged 18 to 65 years; stress urinary incontinence (SUI), pelvic organ prolapse (POP) and pelvic floor muscle weakness is the diagnosed according to the International Continence Society: SUI, has been objectively confirmed by involuntary urinary leakage on effort or exertion, or on sneezing or coughing; POP, Urogenital prolapse is defined as the symptomatic descent of one or more of: the anterior vaginal wall, the posterior vaginal wall, and the apex of the vagina (cervix/uterus) or vault (cuff) after hysterectomy. Urogenital prolapse is measured using the POP-Q system; Rectal prolapse is defined as circumferential full thickness rectal protrusion beyond the anal margin; pelvic floor muscle weakness, refer to muscle strength blow lever 3 measured by hand according to improved Oxford strength grading standards, or electromyogram (EMG) of type I muscle < 30uV, type II muscle < 35uV tested by Glazer evaluation; patients voluntarily accepted clinical observation, and signed informed consent; completed the junior high school or higher education; spirit, memory ability is normal, have complete language expression ability.;Inclusion criteria: Female who have sexual life history, aged 18 to 65 years; stress urinary incontinence (SUI), pelvic organ prolapse (POP) and pelvic floor muscle weakness is the diagnosed according to the International Continence Society: SUI, has been objectively confirmed by involuntary urinary leakage on effort or exertion, or on sneezing or coughing; POP, Urogenital prolapse is defined as the symptomatic descent of one or more of: the anterior vaginal wall, the posterior vaginal wall, and the apex of the vagina (cervix/uterus) or vault (cuff) after hysterectomy. Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Major exclusion factors were patients who prepare of pregnancy pregnant or unable to determine whether pregnancy; high tension of pelvic floor dysfunction: urinary retention, constipation, pelvic pain, vulvar pain and sexual life disorder (dyspareunia), EMG assessment shows that the resting potential is greater than or equal to 6uv; chronic diseases of nerve and muscle function (such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease myasthenia gravis, etc.) malignant tumor, diabetes, heart, liver, kidney and other serious medical diseases; pelvic radiation rectal surgery, spinal surgery, radical pelvic reconstruction after radical hysterectomy; urinary tract infection and all types of vaginitis (if the inflammation has been cured can be included in this study); cardiac pacemaker implantation; refuse to accept clinical observation.;Exclusion criteria: Major exclusion factors were patients who prepare of pregnancy pregnant or unable to determine whether pregnancy; high tension of pelvic floor dysfunction: urinary retention, constipation, pelvic pain, vulvar pain and sexual life disorder (dyspareunia), EMG assessment shows that the resting potential is greater than or equal to 6uv; chronic diseases of nerve and muscle function (such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease myasthenia gravis, etc.) malignant tumor, diabetes, heart, liver, kidney and other serious medical diseases; pelvic radiation rectal surgery, spinal surgery, radical pelvic reconstruction after radical hysterectomy; urinary tract infection and all types of vaginitis (if the inflammation has been cured can be included in this study); cardiac pacemaker implantation; refuse to accept clinical observation.
