Age
40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-80 years female; 2. Overactive bladder symptoms (frequency, urgency, nocturia) and UUI; 3. Anticholinergic drugs contraindication,invalid,intolerance; 4. Did not accept anticholinergic drug treatment between 2 weeks; 5. POP-Q grade I-II cystocele or apical POP; 6. Improvement of urge symptoms by gentle insertion of speculum into the posterior vaginal fornix.;Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-80 years female; 2. Overactive bladder symptoms (frequency, urgency, nocturia) and UUI; 3. Anticholinergic drugs contraindication,invalid,intolerance; 4. Did not accept anticholinergic drug treatment between 2 weeks; 5. POP-Q grade I-II cystocele or apical POP; 6. Improvement of urge symptoms by gentle insertion of speculum into the posterior vaginal fornix.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Urinary tract Infection, stones and other reason of OAB symptoms; 2. POP-Q grade III-IV cystocele or apical POP; 3. Previous vaginal surgery (other than midurethral sling or hysterectomy); 4. General condition can not tolerate surgery; 5. Pelvic floor muscle exercise; 6. Pregnancy, lactation period.;Exclusion criteria: 1. Urinary tract Infection, stones and other reason of OAB symptoms; 2. POP-Q grade III-IV cystocele or apical POP; 3.
