18 Years to 34 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese men aged between 18 and 34 years; 2. With overweight/obesity (Body Mass Index is higher than 22.9 km/m^2); 3. Total time spent sitting is more than 5 hours per day; 4. Fluent in English; 5. Physically inactive (No exercise).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to milk or gluten; 2. With history of cardiovascular disease and/or diabetes; 3. Fasting blood glucose is over than 7 mmol/L, and/or 2-hour postprandial glucose in the 75-g Oral glucose tolerance test is over than 199 mg/dL, and/or HbA1C is over than 6.4%; 4. Smoker; 5. With conditions that alter limit capability to walk on a treadmill; 6. Taking any medications known to affect lipid or glucose metabolism; 7. Not fluent in English.
