Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged between 18-80 year; 2) The diagnosis is a lumbar degenerative disease such as lumbar vertebral disc herniation, lumbar spondylosis or lumbar vertebral canal stenosis; 3) Surgical methods is decompression, bone grafting and fixation; 4) Surgical incision is the median incision in the low back; 5) The patient had normal mental behavior; 6) Patients with no serious cerebral and vascular disease that can not under general anesthesia.;Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged between 18-80 year; 2) The diagnosis is a lumbar degenerative disease such as lumbar vertebral disc herniation, lumbar spondylosis or lumbar vertebral canal stenosis; 3) Surgical methods is decompression, bone grafting and fixation; 4) Surgical incision is the median incision in the low back; 5) The patient had normal mental behavior; 6) Patients with no serious cerebral and vascular disease that can not under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with lumbar tumor, tuberculosis, infection and lumbar vertebral fracture caused by trauma; 2) Patients with abnormal mental behavior; 3) Patients with severe cardiovascular disease that can not tolerate general anesthesia; 4) Patients who have undergone lumbar surgery in the past; 5) Allergic to any drug in the cocktail recipe.;Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with lumbar tumor, tuberculosis, infection and lumbar vertebral fracture caused by trauma; 2) Patients with abnormal mental behavior; 3) Patients with severe cardiovascular disease that can not tolerate general anesthesia; 4) Patients who have undergone lumbar surgery in the past; 5) Allergic to any drug in the cocktail recipe.
