Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Fujian Provincial Hospital. After written informed consents were obtained, 60 patients aged from 18 to 60 years old, with ASA physical status I or II, who diagnosed with hysteromyoma and scheduled for partial hepatectomy were enrolled in this study. ;Inclusion criteria: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Fujian Provincial Hospital. After written informed consents were obtained, 60 patients aged from 18 to 60 years old, with ASA physical status I or II, who diagnosed with hysteromyoma and scheduled for partial hepatectomy were enrolled in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergic to local anesthetics, inability to comprehend visual analogue scale (VAS) pain scoring system or use patient controlled analgesia (PCA) pump, severe cardiopulmonary disfunction,coagulopathy abnormalities, puncture site infection and body mass index (BMI) was greater than 32 kg/m2 or less than 18 kg/m2.;Exclusion criteria: Allergic to local anesthetics, inability to comprehend visual analogue scale (VAS) pain scoring system or use patient controlled analgesia (PCA) pump, severe cardiopulmonary disfunction,coagulopathy abnormalities, puncture site infection and body mass index (BMI) was greater than 32 kg/m2 or less than 18 kg/m2.
