Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: female,premenopausal, without oophorectomy or ovary radiation, pathologically confirmed invasive duatal carinoma of the breast, clinical staged IIIA-IIIC,without serious cardiopulmonary or renal dysfunction, not in pregnancy or laction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: refuse neoadjuvant chemotherapy
