Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criterion of the clinical trial was elderly patients (65–85 years, ASA: II or III) scheduled for laparoscopic abdominal tumor surgery, including pancreaticoduodenectomy or radical cystectomy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects were excluded from this study if there is distant metastasis, or the duration of operation was less than 2 h, or the patient has a history of radiation and chemotherapy, or the immune system disease, or existing spinal canal anesthesia contraindications, or allogeneic blood is used during the operation, low temperature (lower than 34 degree C), the halide allergies.
