40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 40-75 years; All patients were diagnosed by imaging and pathological examination before operation, and all patients underwent CRC resection; The patients were not found with edema, hydrothorax, ascites, significantly cachexia, no complete intestinal obstruction, severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, liver and kidney dysfunction, severe chronic wasting disease patients (such as diabetes); preoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy was not performed; Don't have albumin and enteral nutrition within 2 weeks before surgery; Don't have organ metastasis in preoperative period. The liver and kidney function have no obvious abnormalities. Don't have congenital metabolic diseases. didn't have surgical treatment . patients can walk freely and must be awake. Haven't intaked antibiotics in last 6 month .There happened Postoperative complications of infection and multiple organ failure were excluded.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients complicated with edema, pleural effusion, ascites, obvious bad fluid, intestinal obstruction, combined with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, liver and kidney function damage, severe chronic consumptive diseases (such as diabetes mellitus, etc.); Carry out radiotherapy and chemotherapy Preoperative period; Albumin and enteral nutrition preparations were used within 2 weeks before operation; Have organ metastasis in Preoperative period. The liver and kidney function are abnormal; It has congenital metabolic diseases.have Surgical treatment of digestive tract; Unable to walk, not awake; Have intaked antibiotics in last 6 month; Have Postoperative infection complications or THe patients with multiple organ failure
