40 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 40-75 years; All patients were diagnosed by imaging and pathological examination before operation, and all patients underwent CRC resection; The patients were not found with edema, hydrothorax, ascites, significantly cachexia, no complete intestinal obstruction, severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, liver and kidney dysfunction, severe chronic wasting disease patients (such as diabetes); preoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy was not performed; Don't have albumin and enteral nutrition within 2 weeks before surgery; Don't have organ metastasis in preoperative period. The liver and kidney function have no obvious abnormalities. Don't have congenital metabolic diseases. didn't have surgical treatment . patients can walk freely and must be awake. Haven't intaked antibiotics in last 6 month .There happened Postoperative complications of infection and multiple organ failure were excluded.
Exclusion criteria

The liver and kidney function are abnormal; It has congenital metabolic diseases.have Surgical treatment of digestive tract; Unable to walk, not awake; Have intaked antibiotics in last 6 month; Have Postoperative infection complications or THe patients with multiple organ failure
