Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hepatocellular carcinoma was diagnosed before surgery; 2. No extrahepatic metastasis by preoperative imaging examination; 3. Aged 18 to 75 years old; 4. HCC patients with BCLC stage 0 or stage A; 5. Liver function of Child-Pugh A; 6. Patients who agree to sign the informed consent; 7. Laparoscopic major hepatectomy(more than three hepatic segments).;Inclusion criteria: 1. Hepatocellular carcinoma was diagnosed before surgery; 2. Exclusion criteria
