Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease diagnosed by tertiary hospital; 2. according to the diagnostic criteria of the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, patients with stable stage were selected; 3. between 40 and 70 years old; 4. willing to cooperate with the doctor for lung rehabilitation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. there were exercise-induced asthma; 2. all kinds of serious organ diseases, severe primary diseases and pulmonary tuberculosis patients caused by non - chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 3. severe pulmonary hypertension; 4. severe cardiac insufficiency, liver and kidney insufficiency patients; 5. poor understanding of learning ability; 6. those who are participating in the rehabilitation procedures or other relevant rehabilitation research projects; 7. the history of syncope after exercise; 8. patients with severe mental disorder; 9. other circumstances that are not suitable for participation in the lung rehabilitation.
