Regular face mask Oxygen:Pure oxygen is given at 10L/min with face mask
High Flow Nasal Cannula Oxygen:Pure oxygen is given at 60L/min with nasal cannula

65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged =65 years old and <80 years old; 2. ASA groups I-III; 3. Scheduled tracheal intubation or placement of laryngeal mask under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to join the study; 2.BMI>35kg/m2; 3. Diagnosed obstructive sleep apnea syndrome; 4. Patients with anticipated difficult airway need awake intubation; 5. Autonomous respiration is influenced by acute pain; 6. Scheduled thoracic surgery.
