18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Achalasia patients undergoing peroral endoscopic myotomy; 2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-II, 18-75 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Preoperative high temperature, increasing white blood cell count (such as the recent fever, infection); 2) End-stage tumor with multiple metastases or combined with other tumors; 3) Allergy to dizocine or parecoxib.
