40 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 40-60 years old; 2. Amenorrhea over 3 months; 3. Score of Kupperman Index no less than 15; 4. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe organic diseases and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. The diameter of hysteromyoma over 3cm or women with ovary cyst; 3. Women who has mental illness and mental retardation; 4. History of estrogen used for the past 2 months; 5. Pregnant.
