Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. "China's guidelines of diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke",2014,by the Chinese medical association branch of neurology; 2. the patient meets the diagnosis of dpression in "Chinese classification and diagnostic criteria for mental disorder"; 3. after HAMD test,over 20 points; 4. aged 30-80 years old; 5. Two weeks to 1 year duration, patients and their guardians sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. those who supervene with epilepsy, infection ,infections; 2. Those who has family psychiatric history before stroke, and consciousness disorders after stroke; 3. who has depression by Psychotropic drugs; 4. Alcohol abuse and drug dependence; 5. after HAMD test,in the range of high level; 6. Not suitable for acupuncture including fainting during acupuncture,skin wound or obvious inflammation.
