Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. children with ASD; 2. Aged 2-15 years old; 3. The child guardian agrees to accept the clinical trial; 4. Vitamin D levels are below 30ng/ml.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of head trauma, neurological disease and serious somatic disease; 2. Children with uncontrollable seizures; 3. Medications that may affect MRS may have been used in the last two weeks; 4. The patient or the patient's guardian refused to accept telephone follow-up or revisits; 5. It has been clear that there are no sensitizers for sedatives; 6. There are metal implants or foreign bodies in the body; 7. The patient who installs the pacemaker.
