Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients comes from Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University and has been diagnosed T2DM. According with the American Dietetic Association(ADA)'s diagnostic criteria of T2DM in 2014: (1) Fasting Blood Glucose, FBG=126 mg/dl (7.0 mmol/L), without caloric intake at least 8 h before the test; (2) Or oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) 2 h blood glucose = 200 mg/dl (11.1 mmol/L); (3) Or high blood sugar or hyperglycemia symptoms typical patients, random blood glucose = 200 mg/dl (11.1 mmol/L).;Inclusion criteria: All patients comes from Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University and has been diagnosed T2DM. Exclusion criteria: (1) T1DM; (2) The age below 18 or up 65,Pregnancy or lactation, allergic to Tartary buckwheat noodles; (3) Suffer from mental illness, or have serious heart, liver and kidney dysfunction, complications, or other serious primary diseases, combined use of drugs that affect glucose metabolism, such as glucocorticoids, sex hormones and so on; (4) Subjects are difficult to cooperate; (5) Diabetic ketoacidosis or infection in the past 3 months; (6) In short term,the use of related medicine will affect the judgment of the results.
