Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Singleton preterm infants with GA 32-34 and a BW =1500 grams; Apgar scores at 1min and 5 min = 7 in a stable medical condition delivered vaginally or cesarean birth are candidates for inclusion; Fathers are in healthy status; Written consent is obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Infants with congenital anomalies, metabolic disease, severe periventricular / intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH, Grade III-IV), a history of minor or major surgery, mechanical ventilation or trachea intubation; hospitalize duration less than 2 weeks; infants belong to single-parent family were excluded.
