Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective colon cancer surgery, aged more than 18 years old, ASA I~II level, signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with a history of cardiac, respiratory, renal or hepatic disease, psychological disorders, allergy to study medications, and any other contraindication for general anesthesia.
