Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According with Chinese-Western Medicine diagnostic criteria and TCM pattern differentiation criteria mentioned above, HAMD 8 to 35, depression happens after stroke; 2. Aged 40~70 years old male and female; 3. No other anti-depression treatment; 4. willing to accept the treatment and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coma or with severe mental disorder,severe aphasia or agnosia and deaf which affect expression; 2. Merging with severe heart failure,respiratory failure,renal insufficiency or other severe diseases in acute stage or other nerve or muscle bone diseases that affect functional recovery; 3. Fainting during acupuncture treatment or relunctant to accept acupuncture treatment.
