Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnostic standard of postherpetic neuralgia; 2. Aged between 50 to 70,the duration is more than 3 months; 3. There are stabbing, burning, cutting pain in herpes area; 4. The VAS score is greater than 4; 5. There is hyperalgesia and hypersensitivity (allodynia); 6. Volunteer to participate in this study and informed consents have signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 50 or more than 70; 2. Some special types of shingles, such as according with brain, cornea or conjunctiva, ear involvement, disseminated herpes zoster, and visceral herpes zoster; 3. Stent and pacemaker implantation in vivo, malignant tumors, neurological diseases, such as diabetes peripheral neuropathy, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury and other patients with serious dysfunction of heart, liver, kidney or other organs; 4. The affected skin ulceration healed, rash with local bacterial or fungal infections; coagulation dysfunction; 5. The women in pregnancy or lactation; 6. The previous adverse reactions such as acupuncture syncope patients.
