Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Onset - treatment time 4.5 to 24 hours; 2) Aged 18-80 years old; 3) National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS score =4 and =25) 4) The patient has signed the informed consent form (see Annex 2).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) pregnancy; 2) Bleeding constitution, including suffering from coagulation factor deficiency, baseline international standard rate of INR> 2.0 or baseline platelet count 100×10^9/L; 3) Previous surgery within 30 days, substantial organ biopsy, active bleeding; 90 days history of head trauma; 4) CT showed intracranial tumors (except cerebellar meningioma), bleeding, center shift effect of midline shift; 5) Angiography showed occlusion due to arterial dissection; non-atherosclerotic arterial lesions caused by vascular occlusion; 6) History of severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (forced expiratory volume less than 1.0 or oxygen dependent), or other respiratory diseases, with more than 3 L/min of oxygen in order to maintain more than 92% of peripheral arterial oxygen saturation; 7) Life expectancy <1 year.
