18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with adult breast cancer during recovery period; 2. There is no insomnia or sleep problem before diagnosis of breast cancer.It is difficult to fall asleep after diagnosis of breast cancer, or maintain sleep difficulty, or poor sleep quality; 3. Pittsburgh sleep quality index score > 7; 4. The duration of insomnia lasts at least 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Language communication barriers; 2. Having serious cognitive impairment or previous history of mental illness; 3. There are other serious chronic diseases; 4. The authors are reluctant to participate in the study.
