Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged more than 18 years old; 2. resting heart rate more than 60 bpm; 3. a person who has a clear mind, a normal mind, and communicate with each other; 4. be willing to participate in this study and sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. arrhythmia; 2. chronic respiratory system disease; 3. serious liver and kidney disease; 4. hyperthyroidism; 5. Serious cognitive impairment, mental illness.
