20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) meetting depression diagnostic criteria of SCID and score of 24 items HAMD between 17 and 35; 2) aged between 20 and 60 years old; 3) no taking antidepressants,sedative drugs or any antipsychotics; 4) have no contraindications of fMRI scanning (no metallic implant), right handed; 5) education level should be higher than junior middle school.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) suffering organic disease in brain; 2) pregnant or breast-feeding women; 3) having suicide idea or action; 4) having practice experience of meditation or qigong.
