Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient accepted surgery under TCI general anesthesia in Changhua Christian Hospital; 2. The patient's American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status was within 1-2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient can't be comunicated with Chinese; 2. The patient who was alcoholism, or drug abuse; 3. Impairment of liver or kidney function; 4. BMI >=25; 5. Patient refused to wear headphone.
