Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18~80 years with diabetes mellitus, head MRI shown small lesions in the brain without relating symptoms and localized signs; 2. Imaging standard: simultaneous cranial MRI T1 weighted (T1WI), T2 weighted (T2WI), liquid attenuated inversion recovery imaging (FLAIR), and small lesions in the brain Designated as T2WI on the diameter of 3 mm, the edge of neat, clear realm, without the surrounding changes, uniform signal high letter number field. The main findings of this study are T1WI, low signal, T2WI high signal and FLAIR signal on basal ganglia 2/3 (type II) and T1WI low signal, T2WI high signal, FLAIR low signal (type III) small lesions, and both sides of the base; 3. A total of more than 6 day (grade II and above Kobayashi Xiangtai) of multiple small lesions (based on the previous research, small lesions less than 6 below 5 subjects with cerebral infarction incidence rate is high, the difference was statistically significance).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. head MRI examination showed lacunar infarction or other infarction; 2. The corresponding symptoms and localized signs of the lesion (the lesion is consistent with minor lesions in imaging, but with corresponding symptoms and Location and sign); 3. tumor patients; 4. allergic to the drug ingredient (aspirin or earthworm) in this study; 5. There are serious liver and kidney disease, peptic ulcer, gout or bleeding tendency; the pregnant or lactating women; 6. the recent participated in other clinical trials; and within the past 3 months taking aspirin or other antiplatelet and anticoagulant drugs; 7.
