overweight group A:standard dose lavage solution
overweight group B:standard dose lavage solution + added lavage solution

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) colonoscopy was performed for the first time; (2) Aged 18 to 65 years old, male and female; (3) 300 participants with BMI =18.5kg/m2 will be randomly divided to two groups (A and B), 150 participants with normal BMI into control group C.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) serious heart, kidney, lung and liver diseases; (2) previous history of abdominal surgery; (3) severe electrolyte disorder; (4) intestinal obstruction, toxic megacolon and severe inflammatory bowel disease; (5) failed to complete taking lavage liquid; (6) severe adverse events resulted in failure to complete colonoscopy.
