18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Type 2 DM; 2. CKD2-3; 3. contrast medium volume?100ml; 4. Aged 18-80 years; 5. signed written consent inform; 6. not received any statin treatment for at least 14 days; 7. metformin or aminophylline had been withdrawn for at least 2 days prior to contrast medium administration.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy; 2. type 1 DM, ketoacidosis, lactic acidosis; 3. hypersensitivity to contrast medium or statins; 4. administration of iodinated contrast medium during the 2 weeks before randomization; 5. need to undergo emergency CAG; 6. Cardiac shockClass III- IV heart failure; 7. Serious hepatic and renal dysfunction; 8. Late malignant tumor,acute gastrointestinal bleeding, acute stroke, Mental illness, etc; 9. administration of Aminophylline/theophylline within 7 days; 10. attending other study.
