Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) mothers aged 18-35 years; (2) Pregnance 37-41 weeks; (3) fetal orientation :singleton head position; (4) nomal delivery position.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) complications of pregnancy; (2) using antibiotics; (3) fetal distress; (4) perineal three degree laceration.
