60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. male or female aged 60 to 75 years old; 2. in the stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease under regular treatment with some symptoms; 3. Any severty level of obstructive ventilation dysfunction is allowed; 4. Willing to participate the program actively.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to sign up the IFM; 2. Having communication barriors; 3. Ruled out other pulmonary diseases, such as pneumonia, and AECOPD; 4. Determined by a doctor if patients cannot complete the program or 6MWT safely; 5. Having unstable factors that impeded the implementation of rehabilitation, like the instability of the complications, the serious life-threatening primary diseases and mental diseases; 6. Having already been doing pulmonary rehabilitation exercise.
