20 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Heart surgery patients; 2. Age <65years male and female; 3. ASA grade 2-3, cardiac function grade 2-3; 4. No serious liver and kidney function damage; 5. No history of severe allergies; 6. No preoperative convulsion history

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary and multiple cardiac surgery; 2. EF% <40%; 3. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Preoperative clotting function is abnormal; 5. Preoperative 7d aspirin clopidogrel treatment; 6. Known to tranexamic acid allergy.
