Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) children aged 6-18 years with moderate to severe tic disorder; (2) children with severe tic disorder aged 3-6 years; (3) in the past 1 weeks without other methods of treatment; (4) agreed to volunteer to participate in this study, and signed in informed consent, compliance with good patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) does not meet the TD diagnostic criteria; (2) Age 18 years old; (3) habitual convulsions, myoclonic epilepsy, rheumatic chorea, hepatolenticular degeneration, brain trauma, encephalitis sequelae and other extrapyramidal disorders; (4) combined with cardiovascular, liver, kidney, blood and other serious diseases; (5) combined with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, depression, anxiety and other mental illness in children
