Caloric fixed dose group:intake standardized calorie (1.4g/100mL, 67kcal/100mL)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Complex congenital heart disease with concurrent cardiopulmonary bypass; 2. Aged 1 to 12 months; 3. Intensive care unit (ICU) for at least 5 days after operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Alimentary tract malformation, inherited metabolic diseases, chromosomal disorder; 2. Abnormal liver and kidney function before ICU admission (>2 times of normal value); 3. Active upper GI bleeding or vomiting, diarrhea, virtuosity before ICU admission; 4. Coarctation of the aorta (COA) or Interruption of aortic arch (IAA).
