high frequency SMS intervention group :usual follow-up care and a text message about colonoscopy every two weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. having a positive result in early colorectal cancer screening (questionnaire assessment and fecal occult blood test) ; 2. did not complement colonoscopy at the time when intervention implement; 3. having a mobile phone and can be contacted; 4. informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: did not do colonoscopy but has recently made an appointment, or had done a colonoscopy in the past three years
