Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age over 18 elective cardiac surgery patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pulse is lower than fifty; 2. second degree atrioventricular block; 3. do not installe a pacemaker,LVEF=40%; 4. liver and kidney function is not good; 5. preoperative disturbance of consciousness; 6. refuse to sign a content form.
