40 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Be dignosed with KOA; 2. Right handedness; 3. aged from 40 to 60 (40 and 60 are included); 4. Average score of VAS=3 in the past two weeks; 5. Have signed informed consent; 6. Hadn't used drugs treated for KOA in the past two weeks; 7. radiological degree 0-II according to the Kellgren- Lawrence scale.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. presence of comorbidities (tuberculosis or tumour of knee joint, rheumatoid arthritis, etc;) 2. Patients with fractures or other injuries; 3. Patients with pain in other areas; 4. pregnancy, lactation; 5. Patients with mental disorder, cardiovascular , function lesion of liver and kidney, immune deficiency, diabetes, blood disease; 6. Patients with contraindication of fMRI, such as fixed false teeth, claustrophobic, etc; 7. Patients with lumbar disc herniation, hip arthritis, ankle arthritis; 8. Patients with symptoms of gastrointestinal system, such as active peptic ulcer or hemorrhage, relapse peptic ulcer or hemorrhage in the past; 9. Patients with celecoxib allergy.
