Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Be dignosed with KOA; 2. Right handedness; 3. From 40 to 60 aged (contain 40 or 60 years old); 4. Average score in recently 2 weeks according to the VAS at to = 3 cm; 5. Have signed informed consent; 6. Hadn't used drug in the 2 weeks prior to the visit; 7. radiological degree 0-?according to the Kellgren- Lawrence scale; noted: included patients must meet 7 items above mention.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other osteopathy such as tuberculosis or tumour of knee joint, rheumatoid arthritis, etc; 2. Patients with contusion or other injuries; 3. Patients with pain in other position; 4. Patients with pregnancy, lactation; 5. Patients with mental disorder, cardiovascular , function lesion of liver and kidney, immune deficiency, diabetes, blood disease; 6. Patients with contraindication for fMRI, such as fixed false teeth, claustrophobic, etc; 7. Patients with lumbar disc herniation, hip arthritis, ankle arthritis, etc; 8. Patients with symptoms of gastrointestinal system, such as active ulcerative or hemorrhage of digestive tract, relapse ulcerative or hemorrhage of digestive tract in the past; 9. Patients with celecoxib allergy; note: if meet one item should be excluded.
