Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Between 30 and 70 years of age; (2) Accord with the diagnostic criteria of ischemic stroke or cerebral hemorrhage, the first stroke or second stroke, and the first stroke had no obvious sequelae, and the stroke occurred from 1 months to 24 months; (3) Brunnstrom motor function was used to assess the 3-4 stage of upper limb; (4) The elbow stiffness of the affected limb, the increase of muscle tension and the MAS score of elbow joint 2-4, of which 0 indicated the normal muscle strength, and 4 indicated the stiffness of the affected limb; (5) The patient himself has the ability to understand and sign or his family members sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Complications such as unconsciousness and aspiration pneumonia were combined; (2) The spasm of limb joints have serious contracture (the passive joint motion range is smaller than 10 DEG); (3) The patients underwent anterior limb lengthening, Achilles tendon grafting, or surgical resection of the nerve; (4) 4 months before admission, the patients received botulinum toxin injection, and received local neuromuscular blocking or oral antispasmodic treatment 2 weeks before admission; (5) Pregnant women, severe liver and kidney function damage or equipped with cardiac pacemaker; (6) Combined with serious diseases such as liver, kidney, bone, hematopoietic system, endocrine system, and bone and joint disease, mental disorders or history of depression.
