Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clear pathology diagnosis of patients with colorectal cancer,following radical surgery in 6 weeks; 2. Histological type is adenocarcinoma or mucinous adenocarcinoma or signet ring cell carcinoma; 3. Pathological stages: TNM stage III patients; 4. Aged from 18 to 80 years, any gender; 5. KPS>=70 points; 6. Patients having no serious system diseases in the heart, liver, kidney and blood; 7. Understand the situation of this trial and have signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not eligible for inclusion criteria; 2. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and blood system or psychiatric patients, pregnant women or nursing women; 3. Being in other drug trials; 4. Known drug allergies or not in accordance with the provisions of the drug or clinical data is not complete; 5. Researchers think the patient is not suitable for the clinical trial.
