Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: consecutive patients with periampullary benign and malignant diseases were admitted to our department were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All subjects were without cardiopulmonary dysfunction, portal vein or mesenteric vascular tumor invasion, merging distant organ metastases, accompanied by ascites who would be unable to tolerate radical surgery.
