Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. in line with the American College of Rheumatology diagnostic criteria on knee osteoarthritis; 2. no other related drugs or related therapies were used for the past 1 weeks; 3. aged above 40 years old; 4. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign informed consent; 5. Able to communicate with the investigators and follow the entire research program requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. combined with other diseases which affects the knee; 2. had a joint cavity injection in the past six months; 3. had knee surgery; 4. late knee deformity, loss of walking ability; 5. serious drug allergies; 6. difficult to make an objective answer to the questionnaire.
