30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stroke patients Confirmed by CT or MRI (Duration of disease is month or longer; 2. Patients aged 40-80 years old; 3. Brunnstrom stage II or above; 4. Ashworth scores no more than 2; 5. Active range of motion of elbow flexion: 0-90 degree and above. Pasive range of motion of wrist: flexion, 0-20 degree and above, extension, 0-50 degree and above; 6. No serious cognitive dysfunction(according to Mini-Mental State Examination); 7. signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with the condition of congestive heart-failure; deep venous thrombosis; Malignant progressive high blood pressure;Respiratory function failure;active liver disease, liver dney disfunction; 2. The patient with wide area of disruption skin which need to be assessed; 3. patient with limb fracture; 4. a history of mental illness or tipsychotic drugs; 5. severe hemispatial neglect; 6. patient with muscular tension dysfuncyion which is not resulting of stroke.
