60 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged ? 60 years old; 2. meet the Fried phenotype in 1 and above indicators; 3. In line with the diagnosis of kidney and spleen qi deficiency syndrome; 4. with conscious, be able to understand and cooperate with intervention methods, and complete the body assessment test; 5. MMSE>=17; 6. Patients who voluntarily receive interventions and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. In the advanced stage of disease,expected to live 12 months or more; 2. with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular system diseases, liver, kidney, hematopoietic,endocrine system and mental illness etc; 3. with severe diseases affected nutrition condition, such as, cancer, depression, gastrointestinal disease, active tuberculosis etc; 4. nearly 1 month to take with traditional chinese medicine; 5. allergies and allergies to a variety of drugs; 6. undergoing hospital other clinical intervention trails.
