18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18–75 years old; 2) Positive diagnosis of cirrhosis; 3) HVPG>12mmHg; 4) Patients who agree for participating in the clinical trail and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any manifestations according to contraindications,such as allery,Severe respiratory?system and cardiovascular system diseases; 2. Patients who cannot tolerate HVPG,such as allergy to contrast medium,Peripheral vascular diseases,Severe systemic infection or inflammation of puncture position; 3. Hepatocellular carcinoma or any other malignancy resulting cachexia; 4. To perform or have performed splenectomy or transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt or liver transplantation; 5. Child-pugh scores=13; 6. Portal hypertension caused by other pathogeny; 7. Complete portal vein thrombosis or portal vein cavernomatosis; 8. Bleeding disorders except cirrhosis complications; 9. pregnancy or prepare to be pregnancy or lactation; 10. Enrolled in other clinical trail in the recent three months or have taken Carvedilol Simvastatin or Metformin; 11. not suitable for the clinical trail.
