Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 to 80 years; 2. hemodialysis age = 3 months, stable condition in patients; 3. meet the Fried poor phenotype in 3 and above indicators; 4. patients who did not participate in other interventions were conscious and had no communication disorder; 5. no physical disability, can walk independently; 6. Patients who voluntarily receive interdisciplinary interventions and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) high blood pressure: systolic blood pressure = 180mmHg, diastolic blood pressure = 110mmHg, or pulmonary hypertension; (2) severe thrombophlebitis, renal osteodystrophy, acute lower extremity thrombosis: spine, joint and muscle disorders, can not complete the movement; (3) active malignant tumor patients; (4) suffering from acute infection, acute heart failure, severe cerebrovascular sequelae and other acute, critical and / or mental history, amputees and before or wait for transplant patients except.
