Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Incipient type 2 diabetic patients (Conform to the 1999 the world health organization (WHO) diabetes diagnosis and classification standard), aged 20 to 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver, kidney disease and autoimmune diseases; 2. Malignant tumor, gastrointestinal disease, gastrointestinal surgery,infection; 3. Use of antibiotics, microecological, yogurt, gastrointestinal dynamic drugs and other preparations what can affect the intestinal flora of patients in recently 3 months.
