38 Years to 42 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 38 to 42 years old; 2. AFC is greater than or equal to 5; 3. The first time of IVF in our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diabetes or cancer. 2. Chromosomal abnormalities. 3. Suffer from severe adenomyosis, endometriosis, intrauterine adhesions and other factors that affect the embryo; 4. implantation obviously; 5. Pregnant contraindicated patients.
