18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis as acute anterior cruciate ligament; 2. Aged below 45 years male and female; 3. Active level before injury; 4. Autograft used in operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multi-ligament tear; 2. Associated with cardio-vascular disease, metabolic disease, neurological disease, etc.; 3. Drug or alcohol abuse; 4. Pregnent or breastfeeding female.
